Overview
Mobilmoo is a platform to easily connect buyers, sellers, and car enthusiasts. Providing a place to buy/sell and inspect car condition. Not only that, Mobilmoo also provide a place for car lovers to interact with each other through forum.
This project was started by me and 4 of my university friends. The idea was inspired by the average car buyer that does not know what kind of car to get for their budget.
My role in this project as Chief Product Officer is to ensure Mobilmoo can provide the best service and experience for the customers.
Objective
We pitched this idea to our business lecturer and he was intrigued with what we came up with and decided to challenge us by joining a Business Model Competition held by SetSail BizAccel.
Thankfully all of our hard work pays off and we have been selected as one of the finalists for the competition and selected as their mentee for the startup incubation program.
Process
The idea of Mobilmoo started from one of my classmate that randomly started to talk about buying his first car but had no idea what to get because there are so many options and he's on a pretty tight budget. After knowing what we want to create we did some research about our direct competitors. We find 3 major competitors that have been established for a lot longer but we also found that most of them don't have the solutions for our problems. Finalist & Mentee of SetSail Incubation Program
Mobilmoo is selected as one of the finalists for the Business Model Competition by SetSail BizAccel. Mobilmoo collaborates with SetSail BizAccel to continue to develop the platform even further until the end of March 2021.
